The promotional project wants to valorizing the territories of the valle del Mincio and the province of Mantova, transmitting tradition and local beauties to tourism and recommending natural routes and itineraries.
It is promoted by the regional committee Unpli Lombardia and by the proloco of: Bagnolo San Vito, Casteldario, Ostiglia, Roncoferraro, Bigarello, Curtatone, Ponti sul Mincio, Rivalta sul Mincio and Villimpenta.
The project wants to show the different opportunities of sustainable tourism such as the cycle routes that cross the parks and near by the Mincio river, the km0 restaurants and local activities.
It also focuses the tradition of rice, italian excellence of the territory and known all over the world. its processing has been handed down by different generations using both traditional methods and new technologies in the agricultural field.
In conclusion, the main focus is on tourism of proximity and on the rediscovery of local beauties of italian territory.
